Jessica Rogers, M.S., BCBA: Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and her Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She has been the Clinical Director since March 2008. |

Kathy Hesih: Kathy started as a behavioral technician in May 2007.Since then she has worked her way up and has been promoted to Room Supervisor. She received her Bachelors in Psychology and Music from Albion College. |

Dayna Swarin: Dayna has worked at the EIC since September 2008. She quickly proved her knowledge and skills and
has since been promoted to Assistant Room Supervisor. She received her Bachelors in Psychology and has a special education
certification from Eastern Michigan University. She is in the process of getting her Masters in AI at EMU as well. She has been
implementing 1-on-1 ABA therapy in an in-home setting for the last 6 years. She also completed an internship in 1-on-1 ABA at
Beaumont in their CARE program. |

Teresa Turner: Has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since January 2008. She has a BA in Psychology from Oakland University. She has also completed a 5 month internship in 1-on-1 ABA at Beaumont in their CARE program in 2005. |

Elizabeth Rinke: Liz has worked at EIC since June 2008 as a Behavioral Technician. She has a BA in Education from Western Michigan University. She completed 3 years of course work with a major of Psychology with ABA as focus before switching her major to Education. She has completed a practicum at a public school in an ECDD classroom implementing 1-on-1 ABA with children with an ASD. |

Leah France: Leah has recently joined our staff at the EIC as a behavioral technician. She received her Bachelors in Psychology (with
an emphasis in behavior analysis) from Western Michigan University. She completed a practicum at a public school in an ECDD classroom implementing 1-on-1 ABA with children with an ASD. Since graduating with her degree she has worked at a Rehabilitation
Center in Illinois implementing ABA to children with ASD to help them reach their individual goals. |

Natasha Kirkland: Tasha has worked at EIC as a Behavioral Technician since June 2008. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University. She completed a practicum at a public school in an ECDD classroom implementing 1-on-1 ABA with children with an ASD. Tasha also participated in a research study using ABA principles to determine progressive model for identifying preferred stimuli for children with developmental disabilities as well as an honors project using the principles of ABA to increase work attendance in an organizational setting. |
